Bok Choy Bowl is a very easy & fast stovetop dish to make!
Ingredients
- Brown Rice or Quinoa, cooked
- 1 Bunch Bok Choy
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1-2 Tablespoons Braggs Liquid Aminos or Tamari Sauce
Instructions
- Saute garlic in olive oil on low heat.
- Chop bok choy and add to the pan.
- Add 1/2 of the Braggs.
- Cook until greens are slightly wilted, around 5 minutes.
- Add rest of Braggs.
- Serve over rice.
