This green bean recipe is one of my favorite ways to use fresh garden green beans in the summer.
Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs green beans
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1/4-1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 2-3 tablespoons grassfed butter, ghee or olive oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in pan. Add onions and cook until caramelized. Add almonds and toast lightly.
- Add green beans and cook until done.
