This is one of my favorite recipes ever! Caramelized onions add such a delicious flavor and the combination is so so good! I discovered it when I was just beginning my health journey and making major diet changes. I fell in love with this recipe! Serve as a side or over rice. It is wonderful for your digestion and immunity!
Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch kale
- 2-4 tablespoons olive oil, avocado oil or organic butter
- Himalayan Pink Salt
Instructions
- Add oil to pan on low heat.
- Chop onion and add to pan. Cook until caramelized. Around 5-7 minutes
- Add garlic halfway through onion cooking time.
- Add kale and sprinkle with salt. Cover the pan and give the kale time to soften. It will take just a few minutes.
