Guacamole is one of my favorite snacks ever! I like to eat it plain, with organic blue corn chips, or really add it to most anything! This particular recipe calls for tomatoes but you can definitely leave them out if tomatoes aren’t your thing.
Avocados are a great source of healthy fat and fresh guacamole is the perfect snack or addition to your lunch!

Ingredients
- avocado
- red onion
- fresh cilantro
- tomato
- juice of 1 lime
- Himalayan Pink Salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Mash or dice avocado in a bowl.
- Dice the onion, cilantro and tomato. Add to avocado.
- Sprinkle lime juice, salt & pepper for desired taste.
