The Greek yogurt gives you some essential friendly gut bacteria . Along with the chia seeds for extra fiber, not to mention omega 3’s, this is a good snack or a great addition with your breakfast. Experiment with different fruits and nuts.

- 1/2 cup Organic Full Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Diced Mixed Fruit ( my favorite: Strawberries & Bananas)
- 1/2 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 2 oz. Walnuts (Or any other kind of nuts)
- 1/2-1 Tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup

- Start with yogurt, layer fruit, chia seeds, walnuts & maple syrup.
