Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add eggs and mix very well.
- Add rest of ingredients, mix together.
- Bake in greased muffin tin at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
