Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 3-4 tablespoon butter or olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- sea salt to taste
- pepper
Instructions
- Cut up cauliflower.
- Cook in water on stove until tender. Around 10-15 minutes.
- Add to food processor with garlic, butter and salt.
