A chai tea latte just goes perfect with that chilly weather, a good book and your favorite blanket. Never had chai tea? It is slightly spicy, full of antioxidants, promotes digestion and smells amazing!
The problem with the chai tea latte at your local Starbucks? 53 grams of sugar in a venti, (or a little over 13 teaspoons!!!) natural flavors in the ingredient list. Thankfully it is easy to make your own at home using real ingredients and much less sugar.
You can buy chai tea in bulk, (I like this one) or use tea bags. Just take a look at the ingredient list to make sure there is only black tea and spices in it. If you need a caffeine free option, this one is the best!!
Grab a friend and sip on this yummy fall drink! Cheers!
