As a Holistic Health Coach, it’s quite amazing how many times comments are made directly to me about being perfect, ALWAYS eating just the right things and yada yada yada! Truth is, I’m human. Just like you! I’ve got seasons of struggle. Just like you! I’ve got seasons where things are going pretty smooth. Just like you!

Top 3 confessions of this Health Coach:
- I encourage my clients to nourish their soul daily (because true health isn’t just about the foods we eat) while failing to always make it a priority in my day.
- Some days I do not eat my veggies.
- I have a love/hate relationship with exercise.
The good news?
Usually something or someone reminds me to stop and take time to nourish my soul. The days I don’t eat my weight in veggies? I just aim to get them in tomorrow. When I’m grumping during my exercise? The next day I’m always shown how awesome our bodies really are and I never regret getting movement in.
The conclusion?
Some days are harder than others and that’s OK. The fog will lift, the challenge will work out and you just keep going! Don’t beat yourself up on the days that seem less than “perfect”. Celebrate the victories when they come, big or small.
And most important? Give yourself GRACE.
