Ingredients like almond or coconut flour are great baking options, but are not a one for one swap so they are not on the list. If you want to use those ingredients, I recommend finding a recipe that calls for it.

- brown sugar > coconut sugar, maple sugar, maple syrup,
- white/wheat flour > oat flour or your favorite gluten free flour bend
- table salt > Himalayan pink salt
- margarine > ghee, organic butter
- vegetable oil > olive, avocado or coconut oil
- pasteurized milk > raw milk, cashew or almond milk
