Kale Chips have become my new favorite snack. They are crunchy and when seasoned with pink salt and garlic powder, absolutely delicious!! Not to mention vegetables & healthy fats are a perfect snack combination. The trick is to watch them carefully in the oven! They will burn easily and then not taste so good. I know from experience 🙂
Ingredients
- 1 head Kale (curly kind works best, pictured above)
- Avocado or Coconut Oil
- Seasonings (pink salt & garlic powder are awesome)
Instructions
- Wash kale, tear into pieces and place in bowl.
- Drizzle oil and seasonings on kale. Massage with hands.
- Place on baking sheet and bake 350 degrees for 7 minutes.
- Continue checking them until desired crispness is reached.
