I am in major like of this mango salsa recipe!
It is a mixture of sweet, spicy and totally refreshing! Serve it with your favorite tortilla chip or over grilled fish or chicken.
Notes
Best when chilled before serving.
Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 2-3 strawberries
- 1/2 cup bell pepper
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 T fresh lime juice
- 1 T green onion
- 1/2 jalapeno
- pink salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the mango, strawberries, bell pepper, cilantro, green onions and jalapeno.
- Add to bowl with rest of ingredients.
- Chill.
