This sausage, sweet potato and broccoli sheet pan meal is a real winner! Simple, whole food ingredients, easy to make and delicious!

Who loves a good sheet pan meal? This one is easy to prepare with the option to add a honey mustard sauce drizzled over top. YUM! You’re also getting a wide variety of nutrients with the sweet potatoes and broccoli. For my gals with thyroid issues, this is a great way to get in your broccoli. (Cruciferous veggies should always be cooked when dealing with thyroid concerns.)

Recipe Notes:
  • When choosing a sausage, look for one that is nitrate free with clean, minimal ingredients.
  • Avocado oil is great to use for high heat. This is the one I use.
  • Cook time may vary depending on how crunchy you like your veggies.
  • Sauce is optional. Drizzle it over top or use it as a dipping sauce.
