Kale Tip: If you are using curly kale in a salad, massage the leaves with olive oil to tenderize the leaves and release some of the bitterness.

Instructions
- Tear kale in pieces. Massage with olive oil.
- Add in onion, tomatoes, avocado & pumpkin seeds.
- Drizzle with lemon juice & sprinkle with pink salt.
