It’s summertime, my garden is flourishing and zucchini season has begun! For those of you who do garden, you know what I mean when I say “zucchini season has begun”. They seem to produce lots and lots and you might find yourself overwhelmed with it all! I want to touch briefly why zucchini is so awesome and then give you a few ideas on what to do with it!
